1. Items can be returned or refunded. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.
2. Items must be in original unworn condition. Some products, such as underwear and swimwear, are close fitting clothing. For the health and safety of all customers, we clearly state that such products are not available for return or exchange.
3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
4. If you chose the wrong size/color, or don't like the item (it's not defective), please contact us to arrange a full or partial refund.
5. In the event of a refund, we will refund the original amount within a few business days.
6. We will send you an email after processing it as soon as possible.

I got influenced to purchase Last week and now have a subscribe and save set up. It truly melts into your skin and the glass look lasts for days (3-4 for me). After about 90 mins, it's the perfect spot to even sleep in. I was surprised to wake up the next morning to find it truly clear and how much of my skins texture you see imprinted on the mask when you peel it away but I think it's a sign it did what it should have done. I did find the first time to burn a little over a spot of acne on my chin but that spot cleared up within two days of using the mask so don't let acne stop you from using! The only thing I would change would be to tighten the nose area a little because it's a weird shape but otherwise, I'll be continuing to use this and recommending for all!
Facebook and Instagram have been following me hard with this mask. I finally gave in, purchased it and gave it a whirl! I slept with it overnight and am impressed that it was fully soaked in and dry in the morning. It was a little bit difficult to get on. Ideally you would be laying down and someone would put in on for you. There is no way that you could put it on and then go do something. You need to lay down so it doesn't slide off. I clearly put the eye patches in the wrong place but I still have three more tries to get it right (4-pack) I would also recommend that you give your kids a heads up as once I had it on I was afraid that if my kids woke up in the middle of the night I would scare them. 🤭 Overall it felt great though and I was able to sleep with it on, even as a side sleeper.
