The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Due to the different policies of different countries, express delivery cannot guarantee the accurate time limit.

Returns & Refunds

1. Items can be returned or refunded. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.

2. Items must be in original unworn condition. Some products, such as underwear and swimwear, are close fitting clothing. For the health and safety of all customers, we clearly state that such products are not available for return or exchange.

3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.

4. If you chose the wrong size/color, or don't like the item (it's not defective), please contact us to arrange a full or partial refund.

5. In the event of a refund, we will refund the original amount within a few business days.

6. We will send you an email after processing it as soon as possible.
