1. Items may be returned by delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.
2. Items must be in original unworn condition.
3. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
6. We will process your exchange or refund once we have received the item(s) at our international returns facility.

- Any color differences are due to lighting. Photos are color-corrected to accurately match the product.
- Colors may fade slightly in first wash. Avoid extended soaking, strong detergents, and wash dark/light colors separately.
- Slight shrinking is normal, use low-temperature ironing to restore shape.
- Part of the shoulder strap is stitched internally, resulting in a slight opening on the side.
- New products may have a mild odor that will fade after airing and washing.
- Please note: Patterns and prints may differ on each piece.
